Cambridge Pet Crematorium Solve Dust Problem

When Cambridge Pet Crematorium (CPC) identified a dust issue created when decanting cremated remains into urns, AirBench provided the ideal solution.

Cremated remains (of pets or otherwise) must be handled with the utmost respect, but must also be safely transferred from the furnace into holding containers, and then on into their final urn.

When decanting these fine powders, clouds of dust of a respirable size can form. These dusts can be harmful to health, and of course are not a material that any technician would want to inhale.

CPC now perform this operation on an AirBench. The dust clouds generated are captured by AirBench's powerful downdraught extraction, and captured within the internal filters. The filters are easily emptied - in this case, the collected ashes are scattered with care and respect at all times.

AirBench is suitable for use in all crematoriums in handling cremated remains.
