AirBench FP-J - High Volume Fume
AirBench FP-J is specified for high volume fume extraction and is provided with deep carbon cells. This model is designed for similar applications to the 'E' range but for greater quantities of fume and production level duties.
Sample applications may include solvent washing, dipping, adhesives in large volumes, prototype infiltration. This range can be specified for almost any fume application including spray painting and air brushing.
Certain substances cannot be filtered by standard grade carbon filtration; see our carbon effectiveness guide here. For these applications, we recommend our 'R' configuration - use the menu on the left to find out more.

| AirBench FP is a heavy duty downdraft bench, and is constructed from fully welded 2mm steel panels, powder coated grey. The surface is constructed from 3mm thick perforated steel, powder coated after fabrication with a smooth finish. Filters are positively clamped against soft rubber seals; filters can be quickly accessed via the top for cleaning. Replacement is also via removal of the surface. Filter changes can be accomplished in minutes. All units are supplied with an integral 240v fanset with IP56 motor enclosure; on/off switch (optional speed control); 3m mains lead; and fused plug. A precision filter pressure loss gauge is fitted as standard on all units to allow real-time monitoring of filter condition. AirBench FP is robust, and is designed for continuous, production level duty with surface loads up to 150kg. Performance and pricing is identical to comparable EX and FN models. Specifications may vary; contact us to discuss the correct model and filter selection for your application. |
